Hello Bitches! I bought some butt pads from Amazon, and now I can ride my hardtail without my ass hurting. I have been riding my On One hardtail, and it's really a joy. I have wanted to make some upgrades, but the frame will not fit it. I wanted to add a dropper post and an 11 spd drivetrain. I looked at many options, like getting another One Up 456 Evo, or a One Up 45650 Evo, or a Commencal Steel hardtail, but I ended up with a Production Privee Shan. I have all the parts, but to save myself space, I ordered all 269mm spokes, and it turns out I should have ordered 2 different sizes. I ordered the correct spokes and am waiting for them to arrive. So, my build is stuck at this stage. The Old 456 that I gave to my sister. Hope Pro II's laced on Easton Arc 30, 27.5 inch Laced but not Trued. Frame RS Revolation 150mm used off of a 2016 Specialized Stump Jumper Parts Bought from N10Sive The Nomad Size Medium Productin Privee Shan 27.5 inch Wheels 150mm Fork Pressfit BB with X1 Crank KS Lev Dropper Easton Havoc bars and stem Maxxis DHF 2.5 tires Shimano Zee Brakes SRAM GX cassette, chain, derailer, shifter OURY Grips SDG Seat CB Mallet 3 pedals Cane Creek IS headset Total Cost: $2600 |

Porsche Racing Gulf colors? That thing must be fast! Looks like a lot of fun. I'd never heard of Production Privee, and I suspect most in the US have not either. How'd you become aware of, and zero in on that brand? |

How'd you become aware of, and zero in on that brand? Yeah, Productin Privee makes 500 in Porsche 917 colors. I have always owned a hardtail bike, but didn't ride them much until recently when I bought padded underwear. I saw the Production Privee on a pinkbike video a few years back, and I wanted it. This video, http://www.pinkbike.com/video/288199/ When I was looking for a new hardtail build, I was looking at all of the steel frames available around the $500 mark. My final choice was between the Commencal Hardtail and this fame. Here is the commencal http://www.commencalusa.com/frame-meta-ht-am-crmo-purple-2016-c2x17825699 I found the Production Privee Shan on Pinkbike for $525, and the commencal had a 20 day waiting list. I bought the Production Privee. |

That should be running 35mm at least. I rescind my comment as I see they are 30 internal vs 30 external. |
