A stealth Routed dropper post could solve this cable movement issue.

I have had the KS Lev 30.9 X 125 for over a year now. I have had a couple of problems that were self induced. I had problems with the seat post not coming up or going down all the way because I overtightened the seat clamp. Torquing to spec fixed this. I also had a problem putting the plastic 'KS" o-ring sealed cover in place because I tried to put it on upside down. A closer look at the installation instructions resolved this. I do notice a little rotation in my seat from the post. It has not gotten noticeably worse in the last 12 months. When I am riding I am not able to feel any rotation at all. The post works smoothly and reliably. I weigh over 210 geared up and ride 2 to 4 times a week, some hard some not so hard. I do wipe the tube of the post like I wipe my shock and fork tubes down after each ride to prolong the life. I have not had it apart for any maintenance. I have owned the Reverb and had to return the first one for a warranty replacement in the first month. I have found the KS to be completely reliable after I figured out what I did wrong. I think that the installation manual drawings could be clearer to eliminate the mistakes I made.

So, I was just digging around on the internet instead of working and came across a article on bike rumor.

Turns out THOMSON will have a "stealth" post out in June.
They are working on Blue Tooth actuated post that will tie into your phones gps if you want it to and you'll be able to program the post for trails you ride on.

I guess the first BT version will be a stand alone unit with button you mount on the bike where ever you want. Can't much more "stealth" than no cable.

Also, I took a look at the THOMSOM CARBON AM bar; it looks pretty good. MIght need to trade in the Havoc on the Nomad...

Still has to have the cable come out of the bottom. Actually, KS and Rockshox both make stealth versions. But then you have to have a frame that was designed for it, or drill your frame.

If I were your typing teacher, I'd show you where the Caps Lock key is. And I'd insert a smiley here, except I don't do that.

Caps lock and smilies are for people who can't choose the correct words and punctuation to convey their intended message [insert smiley here]. I'll admit that I'm a bit of an extremist and have lobbied strenuously for the abolition of exclamation marks except in the rarest of circumstances.

GRAMMATICS ARE SO ARBITRARY...SO IT GOES!!!
