Solo ride today.... wanted to get some climbing in to burn off Friday & Saturday refreshments
Just pics of the landscape... nothing exciting... no one jumping or rolling rocks, no snakes, not many other riders...A boring treader report but I wanted to share the pics
Late start... slept in until 8:40!

Weather at start:

Wanted to pedal the outskirts of Calavera then work my way in...
Saw this...must be the new Craigslist:

Creek looking really dry

Heading up to top of Rabbit Trail... Would be a little scary at night

Great view

Fortunately another season of tomatoes... (no road yet!)
Image

Just pretty flowers.... too bad about the houses...
Image

Lone horseback rider....

Wild West
Image

That could be painful

No more chain? Also stopped at community garden to talk to my friend Becky
Image

Thought maybe I would head to the volcano... but nah... it's getting hot
Image

Wanted to check out the level of the lake... very sad

Strange - it felt much hotter when I finished

Got in my climbing, some photography, some quiet....Nothing exciting today - maybe next weekend!

Nice ride report Sue! It looks like you pretty much covered the place and still had time for pics
