If the have to do is work, like they say even a bad of riding (if that's possible) is way better than a day at work. Personally I like to ride on days like today. Nice not having the sun baking you while your riding. |

Well, it took me to mid afternoon to get in gear after an overly harrowing week, but it worked for me today, too!  I'd also add that it always helps, if you go to a place you've ridden 'jillions' of times, and you stumble upon some singletrack you never saw before. Surprise, surprise! |

Rode La Costa yesterday while my son was at a swim meet. 5 miles of road riding (each way) to get to La Costa and 8 miles of trails. Figured some riding is better than no riding, even if its more on the road!
