An easy ride on my old bike was the best medicine today. Clouds in the sky, dirt under my tires, hawks and kites hovering in the breeze, and a rest with warm granite under my back...just what the soul doctor ordered. |

I did the same thing this morning after getting some sad news yesterday -- a ride like that can be the perfect prescription to chase away the blues, at least for a while. |
