Evdog, Thanks for the info. We'll have at least 6 days and make it a day or two longer if I can convince his mom we really don't need to be here for Easter. |

Hmmm, just found out that the Easter Jeep Safari is in Moab that week. Sounds like fun to me, but somehow don't think it's a great idea to bring a 16 year old along. Okay, I kinda do think it would be fun of managed properly, but I know it wouldn't be fun when mom finds out. So, SW Utah is looking good. But still considering Santa Cruz or Sedona too. |

With 6 days I'd definitely put in the extra mileage for Moab. You can always stop in Gooseberry on the way up and/or the way back to break up the drive. And as a bonus, if the trails are clear you could also stop and ride Thunder Mtn near Panguitch/Bryce Canyon, and then drive through Zion. |
