So for the past two weeks I've been tending to my ankle. Bad sprain from doing a 360 out of the bowl at OB skate park....

OW! I hope you recover quick from that. A while back my kid brother fell from a ladder at Toys-R-Us and sprained/bruised his heel & ankle so bad that it was one big giant bruise and it took over six months for him to be able to walk normal!

Daaamn! That is no good man, I was told a month and I would be able to ride, but I think I'll only to be able to lightly ride.....Probably take another whole month before I can ride how I want.

Sprained ankles....How do you avoid them?!?!?

I'm more than down, i cant wait to ride. Ive been hiking to regain my strength but my ankle is still super stiff and slightly swollen. Ive been putting it in warm saltwater and then ice. Seems like it'll be another month at least before riding like i want...Bummmer!!!

heal up bro!... If you want to do something to that works the ankles and is low impact try running on the beach.
