this happened while playing softball tripped in a stupid f***king gopher hole in the out field.
out min. 6 weeks

it's the shoulder. looks like a fractured humerus -- although i bet it wasn't too funny.

that or it's a gopher snake. one can never be too sure.

Take yer time. I had a partial shoulder reconstruction a few years ago. Then I separated the same shoulder last year, but it was only a grade 1 separation, so with PT I got back to normal.

Now I've done it again. Not from riding, but from doing the PT exercises!
