Maybe I shouldn't have committed to lead these rides. This week it's jury duty that I have on Friday. If I get in and out, I will ride! But, I will be down in San Diego and not likeley that I'll make it back up in time...I hate being a flake but i've flaked on this ride already thrice. If my licence needs to be revoked...

So that got me thinking. I am always looking for weekend rides that dont start at 8am (since I guess I'm an alcoholic). Would anyone be down for a change to a Saturday or Sunday start after at least noon kind of ride? That's right I said thrice.

Chris, I'm not sure if you check your email often or go here but let's ride Cal tomorrow, Tues the 6th. 5ish? (open invite, btw)

Take me the goating way and I'll bail on the first turnout. Ahahaha!!!ha!
Social pace on uphills as always and fend for yourself on the descents. :)

All shuttles at calaveras have been removed, we have to climb to the top now to enjoy the downhills :lol: :cheers:

Thinking about taking a field trip to La Costa for this Fridays ride. 6:00pm at the grass area, up switch backs, depending on the group, either down Nascar or VDM,possibly 2 laps. Who's in?

in. what is the grass area? is that on corte romero or whatever?
