Landis is as dirty as everyone else in the tour - While I do believe he's now telling the truth - he Shouldn't have ever lied when he got caught - Telling the truth now does not change how I look at him. And I don't know that he's telling the truth now for the right reasons either. I do hope that someone pulling the veil back on pro riding will in some way clean it up. . . |

I want to read it all but I can't get past this line of BS: "Well, I betrayed a lot of people for reasons that nobody will be able to put into words. I hope some good comes out of my attempt to clear my conscience but even if it never does, I love my parents too much to continue to lie to them. And I could never tell them the truth and ask them to keep the lie to themselves. Hopefully we’ll get to have a beer (allegedly I like that stuff) one day and talk about it." |
