Mark this one off as the cheapest 5 min mod i've done on this bike. After seeing that youtube DIY on using the reflector mount as a means to hold the camera. I set out to accomplish this since i've been delayed in starting my helmet cam mod.
1) Headed down to Rock N Road and asked them if they had any of these reflectors. The one lady looked at me like i was nuts and said i dont think so. The other chap, proceeded to go into the back shop area and check...he came out w/ 2 and I asked "what do i owe you?" His reply "dont worry about it" w00t score two!
2) Headed over to Lowe's to pick up some bolts, washers and nuts. The threaded bottom of my camera surprisingly is a standard thread and not metric as I originally thought. So i picked up a 1/4" x 1" bolt and a 1/4" x 1.25" bolt just in case.
3) Got home and proceeded to do the mod as described in the youtube link. My bar was thick enough i didnt have to wrap electrical tape around the bar so that was a relief.
The 2nd clamp i really wanted to bount that onto the seatpost but it didnt look likely as the camera would stick out too much and probably hit my leg. I'm still working on mounting this onto the non-drive side rear lower triangle.
Anyway, I'll try it tomorrow hehe, most likely i'll be putting a piece of foam over the mic opening to minimize the wind noise. Here are the pics of the mount and the mount w/ the camera attached

Now for the video i really wished i could have got my tire or something in the frame to give you the viewer a frame of reference. But this is great cheap mount and does the job. I may try to mount the other one on my seatpost and have it facing back!
