Rode Calavera today. Some highlights.......... Mathew, we had chips today! Everyone on the ride was "Mike"! Older Sram shifters suck. National Trail Day at Calavera, we need rain! Ran into a lot of cool people. Started the ride up the Volcano. "HEY!"

I had an excess of jalapenos and had to do something with them. Made sauce, pepper relish, pickled slices, still have more peppers coming. Damn, can't believe it's almost gone, I haven't opened my jar yet. Is it making the rounds or get divided up? Ps. Not trying to compete with Pete, just processing what I have, but I better find that recipe again! |
