Back in the 80’s, that picture depicts what some people called a boom-box, but, those that were in the know basically refered to it as a “Box” ie: “Who’s bringin da box to the get down tonight?” So, looks to me like J-Dog’s pic is a box of a box, props holmes. The term ghetto blaster was used by squares with popped collars and members only jackets, not that theres anything wrong with that.
