Hey all,
I'm new to the group and wanted to reach out and say hi. I've been mtb for a couple years now and love it. I was also wondering if anyone would be interested in being filmed mtb through beautiful trails around SD. I am an adventure filmmaker and wanted to make a cool 2-3 minute short featuring a biker on a scenic trail (maybe Mt Laguna, somewhere in Julian, etc). I am willing to share the footage and take pictures of whoever is up for helping me out. I am also willing to pay if need be, I'm just looking for someone passionate who's an awesome biker! If anyone is interested feel free to shoot me an email at adammccainfilms@gmail.com! Thanks so much-- enjoy the weekend!

-Adam

Huh? Why would I be a spammer?

Your post looks kinda spammy. I checked out your website, and at worst, you'd be a *local* spammer. ;)

Carry on I guess, but it's generally bad form to just show up offering some service you're trying to sell. At least you might want to hang out, make friends, and demonstrate that you provide something worth paying for.

First off, maybe you should reread my initial post. I was offering to pay them, not be paid myself. The only one with bad form here is you, sir.

I'm definitely not showing up trying to sell a service. Sorry if you feel that way. I felt this was good place to meet mountain bikers and genuinely just wanted to reach out to meet someone who might be interested in showing off their passion and skills on camera.

I always like the thought of being filmed, but the results are usually dissatisfying. Not because of the cameraman's work, but because my own riding skills fail to inspire.

I'm sure you could get some good footage on any given Saturday at Ted Williams or maybe Calavera if you're posted up in the right spots.

Awesome, thanks for the tip.
