Nice! Have fun, but handle "her" carefully her first ride...

Im confused by all the levers on the bars. I count 9 different buttons or levers. 4 on the left, 5 on the right.

^^^ I only see 6 cables as Milo said. But I guess you're counting two levers per shifter, and two for the CTD? But three controls each side: shifter & brake both sides, CTD & dropper post one per side. Not so bad. Until you add a bell...

I can't figure out where to put my bell. I guess I will get one of those dangling ones.

That's the problem delaying release. They couldn't get the sound quite right, so they went back to billet aluminum, and that's difficult too. They just can't bring themselves to use anything else.

Finally got to take her out on the trail. climbing is great. descent in the beginning, not so much. had her set to about 22-25%. Tail end kept on bouncing.

set sag to about 33% and she became more fun on the descents. Setting up SAG on VPP is not as easy as the Single Pivots I am accustomed to.

Front fork is 150mm TALAS. started out sticky but after a couple miles she became smooth. before the first hill at Sycamore going to D-Back, I was mainly on the BIG ring in the front. definitely quite fast on the flats too. felt like an XC bike. Other than myself getting tired, this thing climbs really well.

I chickened out on most of the boulders at Mongo due to being accustomed to my longer travel bike. On the rollers I did go over, this bike was quite Comfortable. Need more practice, this is after all my first time taking her out.

She comes in at about 29.6 pounds. Accelerating definitely not as fast as my XC bike but is plenty fast. Rider just need more rides.

Tires were set to about 28-30 psi.

It may be all the stuff I have or the heavy fork but the front end feels quite heavy. But then again, the fork was only $199

Overall it is a fun bike.
