Yes Basil, less than an hour's notice. Hitting Lake Poway/Mt. Woodson/Fry-Koegle this morning. Tough, technical climbs and descents. About 3 hours of riding.

Da Sloth and Boo showed up for my Calavera ride a few weeks back! I almost had a bite for Lake Morena last week, but of course that was a full day's notice. :lol:

I think he is just using this forum/board to "Twitter" his fans.

I am a big fan but don't have a Twitter account. Rob is so incredibly thoughtful and nice he tweets here. I just wish he would tell us what he eats before he rides, or what his mood is for the day.
