What's the deal using this site? I have signed up and get the emails but never have used it.
I'm guessing that you go to the vendors listed, purchased selected "deals" from that vendor and pay through their site, and then later get cash back from AJ via check or PayPal? Is that how it works?

Clue me in please

go to active junky
search or find the site you want to buy stuff from
click on the link and it takes you to the site
proceed like normal at the site
you then get an email confirming purchase and one from AJ with cash back amount

I have got hundreds of $$$ cash back. It also works for sears, target, expedia, etc...

I typically fill my shopping cart at a site, close the tab and then log into active junky and click back to the site and complete purchase. Sometimes the sites on AJ don't have the lowest price, but most price match. So you can get a price match and then click back to the site to complete purchase from Active junky.

I get a check 4 times a year, but people with paypal can have the cash back deposited into paypal.

I have it direct deposited into PayPal. It deposits quarterly, and has specific dates for each quarterly payment that accrues when you purchase.

I have saved hundreds so far. I think one of the better rebate/cash back places especially since it has jenson/backcountry. The % changes often too. Sign up for the emails, its annoying, but gives you a heads up.

So just to be clear, you still get the Jenson(or other vendor) discount and then AJ kicks back another X% based on the deal. Is that correct? Sounds like a no brainer IF you are buying something you really need and not just spending bucks since it's "on sale" like the wife does

Yes, that is correct. Just make sure that the browser tab/window you complete the purchase in is opened via click on active junky. You can click via an email from jensen, add to your cart. Then go to AJ, click to open jensen and complete purchase.

Yes, it is a no brainer, but I was also skeptical at first. I didn't understand how it was possible, but this is how google, blogs, click bait sites make so much money, AJ is cutting them out and giving the money to you. I think they make money on the clicks to sites.
