Hey, thanks for the birthday wishes. Haven't been on much lately. Putting n a lot of long hours at football. Mbshpulder is slowly getting better. Dr. tells me I'm about 2 weeks ahead of "normal" in terms of range of motion and strength. But still feels slow to me. I'm thankful I have the training staff at work, they work on me daily. The improvement I've had is because of the trainers and PT m Looks like late October to mid-November till I can ride again. That not too far off now though. |
