I don't know Cjell, but follow him on IG and have read some of his write-ups over the years. Dude seems legit and has a great sense of humor. He runs his shop out of an old bread truck/van. "Breadquarters". Fantastic.

I’ve got a Mountain Flyer copy from last year I picked up in Colorado with a good article on Cjell. His name is actually Taylor. And I’m shocked to learn socal_jack’s name is not Jack, but Steve.* Also, I feel sure Steve is not this other local guy:

Think we met on a trail work day which turned out to be a trail destruction day hosted by Carlsbadistan
