Hey everybody! I am stoked to find such a cool place. I've been riding solo for years, 'till recently I convinced a buddy to try MTBing. Can't wait to meet all of you and more importantly ride together. I think MTBing is something meant to be shared, (otherwise who will laugh when you do something dumb?) and I find I can climb just a little better when I'm chasing someone. See ya soon!

PS I have noticed a lack of wound pictures, are wound pics taboo?

I ride Sycamore a lot since it's so close to home. I prefer LPQ, La Costa, ATT and San Clemente. My all time favorite trail network so far is Turkey Mountain in Tulsa, OK.

When I figure out how to post pics I have a nice 'wound pic' for y'all

I like this idea...how about a "Carnage" subforum in the MTB section?

Nice booh-boohs! I'd like to hear the stories behind how you got bloodied. 'Cause you know a scar is just a tattoo with a better story! Man, I gotta get down to South county, I've ridden sweetwater, but I've heard about so much more fun stuff. What trail down there is the best, or which should I ride first?

You have to ride with us locals, the trails are hard to find if you are not familiar with the area, just about every Sunday we roll from Performance, also I will be willing to do a Saturday "Chula Vista/Bonita Dirt Treaders Tour" for any one interested.

Right, phonger, wasn't that you who took a particular delight in "seeing your buddies eat sh**"?
