Post subject:  OLD BIKER JOINING UP WITH YOU GUYS
70 year old mountain biker with 23 mountain bikes who usally hangs out on mtrb, Vital mtbr. I enjoy riding bikes and also working on them. I have built all 23 of my bikes myself including building the wheels. My choice of rides changes with the weather, so I have a lot of different brands of bikes, altho I do have 6 different styles of Titus frames. I have just invested in a couple of 27.5 (intense tracer2 275, Titus El Gaupo 275) bikes and am enjoying them the best. Hope to help out with some problems with people that need help altho I am not saying I know it all. Hope to talk soon. Doral :hello:

That's a pretty cool intro. 23 bikes and riding at 70. And anyone that calls the purchase of a mountain bike an 'investment' is already a contender in my book. Nice.

BTW, do you have an empty airplane hangar to store all those bikes in?

Wow... 23 bikes... and only one ass to ride them. And my wife thinks my 2 bikes are a problem. :lol:

I plan to keep riding when I'm 70 too. I hope I can keep to that plan as well as you have!

Welcome from North County! Yes, join on us on a ride. Lately we've had a fifty-year age spread on our rides. A Tracer AND an El Guapo?! I think just about anyone on here would be happy with either one. I think the Titus is an exceptionally handsome bike, as the name says. Remember new guy rules...
