Thanks for looking into it, Pete. Its not a huge deal, but a minor annoyance I appreciate your help with.

Up until about a week ago I was getting email notifications when I got a PM. Since then, however, I have not. I went into my settings and verified that I have the option to receive emails when a PM is received checked, but its just not happening. I clicked and re-clicked the box to try to "re-set" it, but that didn't solve the problem. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. -james |

I just checked out the pm/e-mail notification thing...I need to talk with someone who has better kung-foo than I about it. I didnt notice it because I dont normally run mine for the notification, but I have been testing it since reading this thread and am not getting notified either. Italo, I dont know why your having a difficult time with embedding the youtube vids, I just did a test thread on it and it works fine for me. Are you using the letters and numbers in the url bar after the "=" and pasting that into the youtube tags? |

ok, so if i do what you said (JUST the letter and numbers after the =) it worked (test #3)....but if i just copy and paste the whole thing it doesnt.....hmmmm...i swear it was never like that before..... either way, we'll just call it user error on my behalf...... |

That wont work....did it work for you before? I tried it in the past and it never worked for me. Instead of using youtubes embed feature, use the letters and numbers in the url bar after the "=" and pasting that into the youtube tags. |

So..what I did to avoid this issue any further, was add the adminAtdirtTreaders address to my contact list and logged it as not junk. Thanks for the heads up LDood!
