For those of you with time issues ( I was in this group until 5 min ago):

Go to your "user control panel"
Select "board settings"
Find the radio button that says "summer time/dst" or something like that
Tick "no"
Save.

Sorry it's such a PITA and sorry it's taken me so long. The new job is taking a tremendous amount of my time right now.
