I had to delete the coupon thread at the request of Bicycle Warehouse.

Sorry anyone for any misunderstanding.

Thanks,

Brian

Did I missed something? What was the misunderstanding because I didn't hear of any conditions or rules to honor the coupon?

So does that mean they don't want to be the first official sponsor of DT?

don't understand why the thread was deleted since the BW link was no longer valid. How ever it got me to spend 80 extra bucks knowing I was going to save $25 before i bought anything.

A link was posted to a $25 gift certificate that was probably only meant for a limited release. People started using it to get free stuff at Bicycle Warehouse. Some people got free stuff.

The people at BW are smart. If I wanted something to be "limited" the Internet would not be in the equation.

What I find funny is the fact that no where on BW site/coupon did it say that you had to have purchased a bike in x time period for it to be valid. They didn't attempt to secure the coupon to specific customers.

Since it's a web based coupon I'm sure there's some limitations on liability, but if it were in print, they'd be hosed.
