I had a really nice ride of a dozen miles out there today with a couple of friends. Yeah, it’s not what it was, but if you adjust your expectations, it’s not bad at all, and is still more fun than some other local rides. There’s hardly anyone out there, the vegetation is thick, flowers abundant, and the trails are really narrow, which is how I always liked them anyway. It puts the single back in single track. All encounters with hikers were polite, and ranger trucks were seen and avoided. Ride it ‘til they pave it.

Sounds about right, hahhahaahahah.

To the OP - Ride it til they pave it!

I did a loop of Cantarini - Hollybrook Ranch on Tuesday and noticed that someone has done a little bit of trimming, the trails were not as tight as a few weeks ago. The main down trail is in decent shape. And yes it is very quiet.
