I lived in MT almost 20yrs ago now....thanks for the great TR!!! Did any of the resorts offer lift access riding? Bridger is a great place in the winter can only imagine what it would be like on a bike....

Oh, I know, I normally eat salad daily. Most people up there think chicken is a vegetable and give funny looks when I ask for organic baby spinach.

I don't think Bridger runs lifts in the summer. Big Mountain (whitefish), Big Sky, and Snowbowl do. I have never been, but it sounds like Big Mountain is the best. The Big Sky lift served sounds ok also.

I think there is a bike guide in Big Sky (town ) that provides shuttles and would likely be a better experience, although there would be some climbing.

Salad is what your dinner eats. Not what's for dinner.

Bump this old TR because some of these trails are threatened by Wilderness inventory. Send in comments prior to 4 pm Friday 3/11.
