Anyone planning on riding after work tonight in North County? I was thinking Calavera but La Costa works too. Start riding between 5:30 and 6:00 for an hour or so.

I may be down for that. I live right by Caleveras and get off work at 5. So 6 works best.

Where do you normally start your ride? I was going to park off Lake Blvd./Skyhaven Ln. and start from there.

I think I know where lake and skyhaven is. I can meet you there. there is a pic somewhere on this site of someone starting there. maybe I can find it just to confirm. Otherwise the dam is an easy landmark.
(Ldood knows too much about me)

I'll ride from Skyhaven towards the dam and be there at 6:00. I am a big guy on a silver Specialized Enduro. Look forward to meeting you. Should be fun, I haven't been to Calavera since the Trails Day back in June.

I'd love to join, but the possum is in the shop. Have fun on the trails and I can't wait to see the TR.

Danimal. Thanks for the ride. New Treader Maui was a great ride leader. He knows Calavera like the back of his hand and even claims to have a section of trail named after him. I saw some great singletrack sections in the back forty that I had not been on before. Definitely need to do some more exploring around Calavera. Looking forward to some more rides with some D-Treaders.

Maui is an animal. I never ride with either of them. I see them when we start, and I see them when we leave. I just have to find out what their tread looks like to know where they went.
