Sloth and I are going to head down to Calavera's for an afternoon ride. I get off the train at 3:10 on Oceanside Blvd and College then we jam straight over. Anyone want to meet us at the trail?
-pm me for my number-

Where do you meet up? Do you meet at the place suggested by MTBBIll? Ive never dones Calaveras. How many miles you guys doing?

Directions: From the I-5 in Oceanside, take HWY 78 East. Take the College BLVD exit and go right. At the second stop, hang a left on Lake Drive. From here you can (a) After 2 miles you will see Ridge road. Hang a right into Oak Riparian Park and park. (b) After about 1 mile, hang a right on Skyhaven and follow the road until you see the lake and the BMX dirt jumps. See trail note for starting options.

Option "B"
We'll prolly get anywhere from 8-12 miles today, depending on how we are feeling, most likely closer to 12 consider fatwhats performance last time I rode with him, he was climbing like a friggin billy goat!

I wouldn't doubt it. Dooder was right there with us a LPQ on his. Though I try and climb all the way to the top, I tend to walk part and need a break at the top. You'll be fine.

Screw it then. If you guys dont mind me joining, ill come out and ride. It's a 45 minute ride from downtown SD, so I'll leave at 2:00pm to play it safe. So should I just follow these directions:

- From the I-5 in Oceanside, take HWY 78 East.

- Take the College BLVD exit and go right. At the second stop, hang a left on Lake Drive.

- After about 1 mile, hang a right on Skyhaven and follow the road until you see the lake and the BMX dirt jumps.

Should I just meet you at the dirt jumps? Is there parking there? Sorry for all the annoying questions.

Perfect...you'll See my truck sans white "chode" sticker. Once you see the lake/pond or whatever they call it, there is Townhomes on one side of the street.
