By the way, as far as the chili cook-off goes. They want you to precook the chili at home and then bring it in a crockpot to heat up for the cookoff...
Thats fine with me, it just means it will be that much better when it gets there. They open at 12. If your joining in, you can setup with us under our EZ-UP, I am bringing my generator, extension cord and power strip in case they don't have enough electricity. I will have a couple tables as well, you'll need to provide your own chairs though. There aren't any rules as to what you make your chili with...use common sense please.
