 What is legal out there anymore? I'm down to join, but not down for interacting with land management

Everything is legal.
There is no management there.
Come on out, it’s been a while!

I’ll be out there a bit after 9. Happy trails.

Rode this am with buddy who just moved to C-bad (college and tamarack) from the front range, CO. Think he was skeptical about what Calavera had to offer, having gone on a couple of runs. Smile on his face during and at the end of the ride was good to see.

Mud/puddles on the flat bits and low points; otherwise nice trail conditions. Trail angels have smoothed out the brake bumps on a certain trail! Thank you!

Gorgeous morning with views of the snow capped San Gabe’s. Happy Sunday Funday.

Enjoyable as always. Good conditions and great people.

And yeah, about that... I had a unique experience today. A couple of younger dudes (early 30's) were evaluating whether to go for a jump. I knew I wanted to do it, so I pedaled up for some runway before turning around to hit it, and one of the "young'in's" pedaled behind me yelling to his buddy, "this is embarrassing; this old dude is going to hit before me!".

What the fuck!??

^^^ Get used to it...it ain’t gonna go the other way from here on out! It was a really fun crew today, and I had a great time, even if every uphill threw me into a coughing fit. The hero dirt downhills made up for it, and thank you to the trail gnomes!

I was thinking after a year or two of practice I could ride like you. Now I am thinking that in a year or two you might ride like me. We can get old together.

It's a good thing my feelings activate only sporadically and selectively...... But I'll take you up on part two. I fixed it for us though.
