Did a sweet ride today , 40 miles and 3215 feet of climbing. I was done when arrived at the finish. Video is a promo video of this organized ride (we call them tour rides or "toertocht" in Flemish/Dutch) Used with kind permission. |

Congratulations - good ride! I'm guessing the weather was much nicer for your ride today than in the promo video. Think I'll check out more Belgium rides on that link. I can't translate all the text, but I think we all agree how good it is to get out in natuur. |

Oh yes the weather is supah sweet right now in Belgium. It's the hottest place in Europe for the moment ,i kid you not. I do love to be out there in the nature/natuur. 1130 bikers were present for this ride. Not all of them did the longest distance tho. |

Well done -- I'll toast your ride with Chimay Cinq Cents today. It's my first time drinking a true Belgian ale; what a nice coincidence. |

Very tasty by the way -- nice balance of malt and hops. By chance did you have bbq'd chicken with a teriyaki wasabi glaze along with your ale? |
