Took a couple crappy cell phone pics today for you SoCalifornians. This place is 20 minutes from my pad in Boston, and has around 25 miles of well maintained singletrack. All the leaves can make it a little hard to follow the trail this time of year, but they're not as slippery as you may think.

Temp: 55 degree's
Conditions: Moist
Distance: ~12 miles

This is alot steeper and rockier then its looks, and there's a little river crossing at the bottom:

Think "Stairway to Hell Part II: East Coast Version":

I just moved to the boston area (15 min from Harold Parker), I'd trade the Cr#p cold riding for the red dust of La Costa any day. Harold Parker is great for XC riders but there is no flow or real length in the vertical drop. The only cool thing is all the boulders to huck off, and maybe downed trees to manual over. Google/You tube Highland Mountain Bike Park, NH for a bit more DH style MTB in New England area, i'm sure there is more but I just got here so I haven't found it.

Grew up in Ipswich, MA - seem to recall there been an ass load of trails in Willowdale State Forest. Then again I was a high schooler riding a ten speed in the 80's the last time I was in there lol - so who knows what it's reall y like :)
