I am visiting my brother-in-law this weekend in Buckeye, Arizona. I'm looking for real-life recommendations for trails in or near Buckeye. We're going up to Prescott and/or Sedona to walk around so I don't plan to ride those areas - what I'm looking for is some quick-hit riding I can do near his place.

Thanks in advance.

Pirate trails, Fins, and Estrella Mountain are right there.
Check them out on Trailforks. There are other areas close by too.

I've ridden the ones Mike mentioned. Estrella isn't great the others are fun. You can connect them together too. Estrella has a small entrance fee to ride in and a bit more to drive in.

Two other networks nearby I haven't ridden but have a friend out there who has. Dog Bone just off 85 south of Buckeye and Skyline just north of 10. There is also White Tanks. Also has entrance fee. Some nice trail and the mega tech Goat Camp trail. That place and Estrella both have competitive loops, directional loops for riding fast. (No hiker/horse)

Thanks, Evan. At Mike and Baja's recommendation I used Trailforks and found Dog Bone, which is just a few miles from where I'll be staying. It looks fun, and from what I've read it was probably built by the same guy who built FINS. Now that I've found some trails, the trick will be finding time to sneak away for a ride.
