Does anyone know if we can get into Sycamore from the santee lakes side? Last time I went all the fence openings were closed off on east side of lakes and SDG&E was working on west side.

What used to be an opening in the fence at the end of Strathmore drive was still closed off pretty tight when I rode past there a few days ago. There used to be an opening at the end of Birchcrest. Not sure if that is now closed off too?
