I was out on the back 40 yesterday afternoon taking a break on the very top of that little peak when I saw a truck driving in from one of the access roads from the neighborhoods. He parked just off the SDGE Access road at the south eastern corner of CHER. That was at about 4:50pm. I left shortly after so I am not sure how long he stayed there.

the arrow shows the road he came in on. the circle is where he parked.

White truck with green doors. It was pretty far away and hard to tell exactly who it was.

I'm going to be out there tomorrow morning to try and stop further destruction. I haven't seen it myself, just photos that have been sent to me.

I just can't even believe it.

What I find odd is I signed up for the trail work days and the city send out alerts all the time looking for volunteers all over the city parks district.

Absolutely nothing was sent out about this.

What is their plan here? Are they just going to water bar the crap out of it? At this point they might as well pack it down and put in some wooden berms and teeter canons, make it fun.
