A World Class Bike Park in Our Own Backyard

Sep 19, 2014 — At yesterdays Mission Trails Task Force Meeting the Park Equivalency Plan that includes the Development of the 12 acre Bike Skills Park at Mission Trails Deerfield Site was approved! I was also informed that the vote on the Project cleared the Navajo Community Planners Group! This means that the next step is City Council which I am told this plan should be in front of them by January 2015. With the Mission Trails Master Plan approaching completion in mid to late 2015, we can began to break ground in the near future.
I want to thank everyone who signed this petition and has been involved in this process present and past. Our next step is to begin to look for financing at the State and local levels to make this dream a reality!
At SDMBA and specifically this project we are always looking for people to help, please contact me or San Diego Mountain Biking Association to find out how you can give back and help get a World Class Bike Park built in San Diego.
