I'm not sure where to post this, but this seems like an alright pace. Pete or other mods, feel free to move this to the appropriate forum.

I been slack in starting another journal on crazyguy because my camera broke in j-tree, but I decided I shouldn't wait longer. I'll try to update a bit more frequently and insert the missing pics (on my phone) when I get a chance.

This trip is quite similar to my 2006 trip (also on crazyguy) but I am gonna try to hit some of the places I felt I missed. I won't give details - you have to stay tuned if it's something that interests you.

Awesome, Allen. So glad you're journaling this one too.

I've really enjoyed your previous ones and am looking forward to this year's version.

Allen,

Happy trails - your write-ups are great. I get to vicariously explore parts of the world I'd like to do on bike, make plans for future explorations.

Jabantik@hotmail. I am not much of a facebooker but I try to put up a mobile upload every day or so since I haven't been able to update crazyguy. I should be able to update crazyguy tomorrow

Glad to hear from you. Was wondering why there were no posts after Escalante. Funny thing is I know the owners of the outfitters you last posted from! Were they dicks?

The one owner that I interacted with was cool. He let me use hhis computer upstairs so I could get the pics off my phone and copied on a thumb drive. I would have stayed and updated crazyguy a bit more, but even when I am showered and sort of clean, I can't be fun to see or smell and probably was a bit of a blight in their clean restaurant. I'm updating now from the lazy lizard in Moab, where my scumbag appearance and odor aren't far from the norm

This rim is rideable. I rode at least 80 miles on it to get it replaced. Good thing my rim tape held, huh?
