Friday night, I received a message about a Vet Pro and the current SEA Games and ASEAN DH Champ doing a ride somewhere up north. I asked Bolo if he wants to ride as I don't want to be the weakest link in the group. Bolo agreed and I knew that would be a lot less pressure for me, 2 pros and 2 n00bs. I picked up Bolo and the dude is still tinkering with compression, tire pressure , head angle, adjusting stem and so forth that caused us to be late. Weather is perfect, dirt is awesome. The pros are giving pointers and putting pressure to us n00bs. Truth is, to get better , you need to ride with skilled riders (with hernia since kindergarten). Gracias to Orven, Ade and Bolo.
