arthroscopic surgery these days makes a world of difference. if just a little scraping, should heal quick. if rotator cuff surgery, whole 'nother story due to tendon reconstruction. i had the later and the recovery time is longer than you indicated. but if just a scraping, should be less time and the physical therapy less painful, thankfully. anyway, best of luck and get back soon! |

Did you tell the Dr that you were a Mtbr and therefore a world class athlete so your recovery time would be much shorter than mere mortals? |

Good luck and heal up quick!! Just take my advice and DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES watch ROAM, The Collective or Seasons. I did while I was recovering from surgery and it made it worse!! |

Ok , after 9 day's i finally had a straight 8 hours of sleep ,thank "anyone" for that. Stopped taking the painkillers after a day or 4 or 5 'cause they made me dizzy. Tomorrow the stitches come out (wife will do it,she is a nurse ) and i probably have to do some more resting, watching tv , spending time here |

After a couple of weeks of roadrides and running almost every day i did my first mountainbike ride today , took it easy (with all the mud overhere ) , nice smooth ride with lots of singletracks but no elevation. +/- 35 miles was enough for today.Physical therapy goes good but it still hurts when the therapist pulls my arm behind my back |
