Went for a little ride today, but somehow I didn't manage to stay shiny side up for the whole ride. Its been a long time since I've crashed, but I feel that I did it with style. Went down, slid on my right side into some shrubbery. Got up, put air back in the front tire, no complaining. Its gonna feel good in a day or two though.  Right arm  Right hip

What, no dislocations, sutures, staples or broken bones? Just a wee bit of scrapes? Eh... Blood makes the grass grow, you forgot to thank Mother Earth for providing you with the bounty of trails, greenery and scenery to enjoy on your ride. |
