Came around a turn, which required a left to right transfer, with a rut in the middle(where I am laying)......grabbed the brakes.....back wheel broke loose....went into 2 wheel drift.......pedal/shoe/foot caught the ground and rolled it up and over. Stupid crash to say the least. Only time it really hurt was the couple of times I put my foot down to stop another fall. |

It's a super fast section that naturally leads you to the line on the left - which dead ends abruptly into a massive ditch. The line to take is on the right, but you have to act fast. That one's sent me into lock up mode a couple times. |

Couldn't put my cycling shoe back on til about week 12 due to swelling. |

Nothing major, just a little color: HPIM0901 by Ron_in_SD, on Flickr Popping out of PQ, trying to get up onto the sidewalk to head behind NOTB and the Post office to go back up to the other side. Caught the front wheel sideways on the ledge between dirt and concrete and keeled over into the guard rail. The guard rail doesn't have much give. I felt like a linebacker hit me. had to sit for about ten minutes before the light headedness went away. |
