First stage just ended with a cool and unique finish.

I do not ride on the road, but the Tour is such an amazing event, that I watch it every year. This year’s race was outstanding, featuring another battle between these two guys, and I love that this is how they respect the Tour and each other.

And this is one of the best post-race interviews ever, in any sport. An emotional Mohoric lays bare what it feels like to have won this photo-finish stage 19 in the Tour de France. For context, he was contesting a single stage win late in the three-week Tour, when the overall yellow jersey win for the top contenders (those two guys above) appeared near certain a few days prior. And by Gino, he is referring to his friend and teammate Gino Mader, who died of injuries on a descent in the Tour de Suisse just two weeks before the start of this Tour de France.

Me thinks you should watch the interview with Mohoric….

Or I’m totally not picking up the sarcasm you’re throwing down.
