Do you hook the tallboy up to the trainer or do you have a road bike for it?

Ya know,,, when he comes cruzzing by on a climb, we'll all know what 30 mins on the trainer, every other week does for ya. Was a 5 min warm up and a 10 min cool down included in that there 30 mins?

See man, now you're gonna have to come out and flex on these mfers bra. I'm exempt , just sent off my AARP package, Old Dog Dan and a few others are also exemptions; ya just can't beat up on da elderly and then brag about it.

Why is everyone assuming he rode a stationary bike?

Or that his "Tallboy" is a bike.

Wow, don't check for a whole day and look what happens. The real scoup was old Bridgestone with skinnies on Mag trainer, 30 minutes with fairly high gear and resistance.

Oh, then it was followed up with 50 min of basic yoga. Gotta get the time in somehow.

Wont be getting a real ride in, but will probably do about 5-10 miles on my BMX bike tomorrow, then 10 or so on the city bike around Coronado on Sunday.
