Lame/tame trail, pretty views in San Pasqual Valley. Was awesome.
Ribs are healing well. Lung not so much. Had another 600 ml (a little over a pint) of fluid removed from around my left lung two weeks ago. Fortunately, the docs’ advice is to do what I can to breathe deep (i.e. ride bikes and continue breathing exercises, blah , blah, ride bikes and not crash) and hopefully force the lung to expand fully. Best prescription ever.
