Bike(s): Enduro Trophy Truck
Favorite Trails: I'll know it when I find it.
Decided to roll in to Calavera today, which is now a bit longer of a journey. No DT locals, but had the wife in tow. While she took a breather at the pad, I did a quick run down Brown Angel. As I was speeding down, to my surprise, an adult bobcat hopped onto the trail in front of me. I tried to go faster but of course, I was no match. I was lucky enough to keep him in sight for at least 50 feet of trail. Turns out bobcats like bike trails. (take note DFW....).

This must be their year, because I've seen many lately (not at Calavera though). Something interesting; this one had areas of vibrant orange fur on his lower half. Not Chester Cheeto or Tony the Tiger, but very noticeable. I've never seen one that orange. Normally, the coloring is more subdued in my experiences.

A good day!
