Haven't ridden a bicycle since 2013. Rode the new bike around the neighborhood yesterday, felt ok. Today went down to Marion Bear and did a short ride, then road climbed back to my house. My legs need work for sure, but it really is just like riding a bike. I'm sure I'll be sharin trails with everyone soon.

I've been off the bike since August after a crash. I'm still riding my old Rune, but looking to upgrade before I get back on. Also, I think this is my first post since June of 2017.

You guys, all of youse need to get back to regular pedaling. It's the fountain of youth.
I been off the bikes myself for a few months, due to an inner ear condition that can kill my balance. Still, I manage to get out for some kinda ride once or thrice a week. It's keeping me sane. And at 65, in this country, that's saying something.

where do you ride at mostly. i have the bug hardcore and want to ride as much as possible. im still at a beginner level but want to see what im capable of. i was planning on riding mesa/big rock tomorrow after my sons surgery depending on how much rain we get. i was chomping at the bit to go today but promised to walk at the lakes with my wife.
