Yes another after work ride, same trails as las Tuesday but this time a little shorter, met with Randy(tsinillas), my friend Ivan, my brother Jorge and by first time met with Arturo who just signed up to the Sunday group, he should sign up here soon, I hope.
First we were greeted by a nice big fat rattle, then broke the law jumping a fence(again) but was all fun.

Don't worry it wasn't a snake bite, but Randy got close to it, I'll let him tell his side of that story. Don't really know what happen but it was no big deal, thanks.

Hey thank you Jose for organizing a fun evening ride session and thanks to our friends who showed. The first half of the ride was through Otay Lakes and Jose had lead. As we were winding our way through the single track Jose quickly veers to the left side of the trail and dumps his bike. Unaware of what was going on I continue though while Jose is saying something in Spanish. My Asian chino azz assumed he was attempting to get a pic so totally oblivious I swerve to the right of the single track to avoid Jose's bike. Next thing I know I hear Jose yelling "I think you ran it over! Did you run it over?" I stop and in almost unison everyone is yelling "Snake!". I then make a "b-line" down the trail to get as far as possible. Close call!

Jose, Bro! I was quite impressed with your performance on the single speed, awesome job! Now I'm inspired to build a low budget "Franken-Bike". Maybe until after I get a new full squish bike 1st. Oh yeah I was told that "Blood makes the grass grow".
