SO I'm selling my reign and I'm getting a new rig. I really like the Intense 6.6ss. anyone here have any experience with Intense? Just curioes about product reliability, customer service, etc, etc, etc...

any input would be great. Just, please, don't tell me to buy a rigid 29'r SS cause my trails would eat that bike up and spit me out!
I also have a nice Canfield Brothers Racing frame I'd be willing to get rid of ..medium. New it was $2350...yours for the low, low price of $1250. Only three rides on it. 7-8 inches of adjustable travel...I just realized I probably shoulda put this last bit in the classifieds...oh well.

Intense and Santa Cruz went together in developing the VPP-Virtual Pivot Point, that said, both these companies are outstanding as far as product and warranty. In the beginning of VPP there were issues with squeeky pivots, more maintenance than most other suspension types. Being on the east cost you are more prone to riding in wet conditions than we are out here, therefore a bit more suspension maintenance than we would require given the same amount of riding time..blah blah blah....
Bottom line...my opinion...you can't really go wrong with the Intense brand of bikes, same thing for Santa Cruz, as the VPP suspensions are identical in nature.
Judging from your pics you like to hit the gnar gnar and have the huevos and skeez to do so, that slope style frame might just be what the doctor ordered, I've read great things about it.
Hope this helps just a tad bit.
Have fun with your new rig and you should be able to unload that Canfield pretty easily at that price.

A couple of my friends ride Intense bikes, a 6.6 and a 5.5, they love them! If I was shopping for one I would one identical to Bill's:
