saw that little guy on our ride today. phonger and i went for a long haul. it was pretty warm too. i found the switchback, but it wasn't any more doable than the other ways back from the new tunnel.

we did quite a bit of the mesa and tunnels. i'm beat. i got scratched on a tree in the new tunnel. phonger got scraped up pretty well in the entrance to tunnels.

all in all it was fun as always when snakes are involved -- not the plissken one though -- he'll fuck your shit up.
