Tony, he rides Saturdays occasionally posted on Strava that he got a ticket today. He said it was a Warden over by the high school, kinda by eucalyptus trees............

Yes, heard this. It's a summons to report, from what we've seen previously. Court system is extremely backed up. Depending on where it happened, Eucs are are NOT CDFW land, but there is narrow option to get there. Additionally, per actual CDFW rule, the land is supposed to be OFF Limits for all users, except on Authorized trails. The only "Authorized" trail goes East/West and the Pipeline. So they have discriminatory enforcement practices. |
